Jack Perisa

Specialist Sports Physiotherapist (FACP) – Practice Principal

APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Jack Graduated from Sydney University in 1998. After working his first year in Westmead Hospital he quickly moved into private practice and has been the principal of Lane Cove Physio for the past 13 years. In addition Jack has completed a double Masters degree in Sports and Musckuloskeletal Physiotherapy at Griffith University. Most recently, Jack has been awarded a Specialist Sports Physiotherapy Title from the College of Specialist Physiotherapists in 2018. This is the highest Titling recognition in Australia for a physiotherapist.

Jack has worked with elite athletes across a number of sports and has held physiotherapy roles with various sporting teams including the Australian Futsal Team, the Australian Paralympic Football Team, World Strongmen at the Arnold Classic, Head Physiotherapist at Football NSW, Sydney United First Grade National Soccer League team, NSW U16 School-Boys Rugby team, Blacktown City Soccer Club, GPS teams for Football and the ARAFURA games in Darwin. In addition, he worked as a sports physiotherapist at the Youth Olympics held in Sydney in 2013 as well as a sports physiotherapist for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in the athletes village. Jack has treated former socceroos as well as current socceroos. He has been highly involved with St Ignatius College Riverview as their team Physiotherapist for athletics and football, as well as Jesuit Cup cricket, basketball and tennis. Jack has a passion for injury prevention and management. He is highly skilled in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

Kirsty Tradell
Physiotherapist

Since graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009, Kirsty has worked in Private Practice physiotherapy on the Sunshine Coast and Melbourne, before landing on the Lower North Shore of Sydney in 2014.

Covering experience in musculoskeletal, sports, neuro and post-operative physio, as well as Pilates, hydrotherapy and sports coverage, Kirsty has enjoyed working with people, from mums, dads, “weekend warriors” to the elite. Sport has always played a big part in Kirsty’s life, including ongoing soccer commitments and a love for strength and conditioning training.

Kirsty always aims to help her patients understand their body and strives to improve their quality of life through returning them to all the aspects of life that they love.

When Kirsty isn’t at work, you can find her at the gym or researching and enjoying all things food, coffee, and too many travel plans.”

Cameron Silsby
Physiotherapist

Cam has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement at University of Technology, Sydney, and later a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.
He has always been highly interested in sport, with his passions in football, golf and snowboarding. He has experience working for semi-professional football teams as the head physiotherapist which enabled him to gain a large understanding of the management of acute sporting injuries.
Outside of physiotherapy, you will find Cam on the golf course, or trying to convince himself to go to the gym or for a run. Spending time with his family has always been pivotal and has helped create his light-hearted and caring nature.

Matthew Sholakis
Physiotherapist

Matthew completed a bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Victoria University in Melbourne before making the move to Sydney to complete a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.

He has always had a passion for sport including AFL, soccer, golf, and athletics. Currently working as an assistant physiotherapist with the Sydney FC junior academy and working with rugby union teams, it has enabled Matthew to gain valuable experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries leading to having a keen interest in lower limb rehabilitation.

Outside of physiotherapy you will find Matthew catching up with friends, on the golf course or at the gym.

Lindsay Muir
APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist

Lindsay graduated from Brunel University in London in 2009. She worked briefly in England before moving to Sydney where she has spent most of her physio career. She has treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and has a particular interest in knee and ankle rehabilitation.

Lindsay is an expert and highly trained in sporting injuries. She has worked with a number of sporting teams including the Australian 7’s program in the lead up to Rio 2016 and is currently the Australian Youth Girls 7’s sports physiotherapist. In addition, Lindsay is also working with the Manly Warringah premiership netball U 20’s team, is current head physio for Knox Old Boys Rugby. She is also a preferred provider with Rowing Australia.

Liz Scott
Excercise Physiologist

Liz graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022, after completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2020. During her studies she gained experience in a range of areas including: musculoskeletal, neurological, mental health and metabolic conditions.

She has a background in Strength and Conditioning and Pilates with athletes and clinical patients. Liz enjoys working with a variety of populations and believes in providing individualised, enjoyable exercise for everyone.
Liz has always been passionate about sport and physical activity. She currently competes at a state and national level for athletics and enjoys attending the gym regularly. In her spare time she teaches woodwind instruments and plays in amateur music theatre orchestras.

Bianca Galic
Physiotherapist

Bianca completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University, whilst juggling her professional A-League football career with Western Sydney Wanderers & Central Coast Mariners.

She has a special interest in neurological rehab and acute musculoskeletal injuries, especially football-related injury management. Her personal experience of an ACL, MCL, and meniscus injury in 2022 ignited a deeper curiosity about the rehabilitation journey athletes undertake to return to the field at their best. Bianca strives to deliver an evidence based approach to every patient, integrating her strength & conditioning background with Physiotherapy.

In her spare time, you will find Bianca coaching football clinics, skiing the Perisher slopes, or baking delicious desserts (sticky date pudding is a favourite!).
